Sorry about the sudden rash of updates and postings but I've been trying to keep myself as busy as possible doing sketches and such.
As of late I've taken an interest in coming up with sketches that are based on real women but don't use any specific refs for the poses/concepts/etc. themselves. The Jodee and Evilbee drawings being examples of this. I've found it somehow makes the sketch feel more important, which I suppose sounds kinda silly.
Anyways, as I explore the idea a bit further I've found that I've been having some trouble coming up with different themes and concepts as of late. I'd be interested in hearing suggestions, maybe even requests, though I honestly can't promise that I'll be able to draw them. I just like hearing other people's thoughts.
My suggestion: An ultra-cool Half-Black/Half-Japanese girl from the seventies in some ridiculous only in the seventies, Starsky and Hutch-styled, afro'd girl. Freeze-framed car chase in the background a plus.
