I've been toying with the idea of just doing a bunch of landscape/widescreen drawings and seeing what that inspires. Apparently really silly things, and while this is filled with references the Princess herself is an original creation, not who you might think so it's technically not fanart.

Not sure what the references are to, but I like the piece and the whimsy of it, so much so that I have just now colored it and will post the color version in my gallery. Great stuff!

Some of the creatures chasing her are from Super Mario or mini versions of Godzilla monsters. And I'll be sure to check out the coloration!

There are a couple of other mario monsters there, along with godzilla and mothra. Bombomb is my personal fave.
