Been reading a lot of the "cosmic" material Jim Starlin did for Marvel Comics in the 70's and 90's of late, which gave me the idea for this.

Worked from a reference for visible half of the figure ek60.deviantart.com/art/Saturd… , largely because I thought it worked really well for what I was wanting here.

Prisma and Copic markers with gel pen on 9 x 12 sketch paper.

That is an amazing effect with the sky, but also a very powerful sense of contemplation you captured with the figure.  I hope to see you do more in this vein in the future!

Thanks!  I definitely see stuff like this as being a "thing" with me, at least for the moment.  Have a few different things I'd like to have a go at, if I get the chance. :)
